Recipe of the Week

Havana Nights 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Rum

  • .75 oz lime juice

  • .75 oz grenadine

  • 2 oz club soda

  • 1 lime wedge

  • Mint (8 leaves)

Directions

  1. In a highball glass, add rum, lime juice, mint, and grenadine and muddle together.

  2. Add crushed ice half way.

  3. Add club soda. Stir.

  4. Top off with crushed ice.

  5. Garnish with mint leaves, dehydrated lime wheel, and pomegranate seeds.
